In our R&D and innovation center established within Natz Food, on the one hand, we focus on solving our customers' problems by producing solutions to their problems in a short time, and on the other hand, we offer our knowledge to our customers with the training and application activities we organize.

With our wheat, flour analysis laboratory and application oven, we create solutions and special products for customer demands and needs, and develop innovative products in line with changing industrial needs.

Natz Food is a company established in Wiedergeltingen/Munich with the aim of producing research and development-based solutions to serve the bakery sector with its technical staff specialized in wheat, flour and bread technologies, with over 30 years of academic and field experience. The main commercial activity of our company is the production of flour and bread improvers that eliminate the negativities in wheat, flour and bread quality caused by various factors and improve product quality.
