However, in these difficulties, some sectors and their products are gaining more importance in terms of basic needs, especially basic foods such as bread play a vital role in crisis periods, while additives and improving ingredients used in bread production also become critical in this process.
At this point, as Natz Food, we aim to fill an important gap in the field of bread production and industrial bakery.
Here is our strategic roadmap that we have determined to achieve this goal:
First Stage: Bread Improver Production and Sales to Industrial Bakeries
In the first step, we will focus on bread improver production. This product is critical for improving quality, extending shelf life and strengthening nutritional value in bread production. Industrial bakeries can keep the quality of their products constantly and safely high by using such additives when making large-scale production. In this process, as Natz Food, we plan to produce the best and most efficient bread improvers in the sector and supply them directly to industrial bakeries.
Second Stage: Production of Ready Bread Mixes and Sales to Industrial Bakeries
In the second stage, we will start producing various bread ready mixes for industrial bakeries. These mixes are a great necessity to increase the efficiency of bakeries and make production processes faster, more practical and of higher quality. For example, we will offer ready mixes for special bread types such as wholemeal bread and rye bread. Such products will be in great demand, especially today, when healthy lifestyle trends are increasing and consumers have special nutritional needs.
Third Stage: Production of Additives for Flour Factories
In the third stage, we will start producing special additives for flour factories. Although flour is the basic material used in bread making, additives that increase the quality and efficiency of flour are also of great importance. These additives increase the quality of the flour and provide better results in bread production. With these products for flour mills, we aim to add value to all stakeholders in the sector.
Fourth Stage: Bread Mixes for Special Nutritional Needs
The global gluten-free products market size is estimated at 6.45 billion USD in 2022 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 9.8% from 2023 to 2030. Our future plans include preparing various bread mixes for the special bread needs of individuals who have diseases that require special nutritional conditions such as diabetes, obesity, celiac and phenylketonuria, which are increasingly diagnosed around the world, as well as individuals who adopt a healthy lifestyle.
