Enzyme-optimized baking agent
Dough and bread-improving mixing baking agent for industrial bread production to compensate for different flour qualities. Natz Flat is versatile, adds extra softness, increases dough tolerance and ensures a beautiful crust colour. It is particularly suitable for the production of pita, tandoori and similar flatbreads.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat (wheat flour, wheat gluten), emulsifier (E472e, emulsifier E481), anti-caking agent E170, SOY flour (defatted), stabilizer (Guarkeını flour, E466, E415), salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzymes.
Dosage: 2.5-3% on flour
