Enzyme-optimized baking agent
Dough and bread-improving mixing baking agent for industrial bread production to compensate for different flour qualities. Natz Power is versatile and is particularly suitable for the production of wheat bread in general, especially all types of baguettes, rolls and biscuits. It gives the bread softness and a beautiful crust color.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat (wheat flour, wheat gluten), emulsifier (E472e, emulsifier E481), anti-caking agent E170, SOY flour (defatted), stabilizer (Guarkeını flour, E466, E415), salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzymes.
Dosage: 2.5-3% on flour
