Dough and bread-improving mixing and baking agent for industrial bread production to compensate for different flour qualities. Natz Soft is versatile, gives extra softness, and is suitable for the production of bread in general, especially for toast, sandwiches, hamburgers, pan bread.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat (wheat flour, wheat gluten), emulsifier (E472e, emulsifier E481), anti-caking agent E170, SOY flour (defatted), stabilizer (Guarkeını flour, E466, E415), salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzymes.
Dosage: 2.5-3% on flour
